Alexandra Monir is not only a talented author, but also a singer/songwriter. For her books she so far wrote and recorded three original songs, giving her stories extra dimension. It definitely gives us a better sense than when we can only read the words and have to imagine the music. I'm not saying every author should do this, but in this case it's a very nice extra.
